Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of pet food, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The product is expired or not fit for consumption.

Note: Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • If the product has been opened or used.
  • If you no longer want the product after delivery (change of mind).
  • If the return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at info@pawkart.com or call us at +91-9717063481 within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photo proof (if applicable).
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and received (if applicable):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
  • In case of prepaid orders, full or partial refunds will be made based on item condition and eligibility.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report it within 48 hours with clear photos.
  • You may choose a replacement or full refund, based on availability.
